  • Students are recommended to pass the course CC020 Ethics and Safety I (1AU) in their first semester at KAIST.
  • Students in the Master of Entrepreneurship & Innovation program must pass the course to graduate.
How to complete
  • Instead of course registration, access the Ethics and Safety website to complete the course.
  • Since the required sub-courses vary for each department, students are required to check the sub-course they should take by visiting the Ethics and Safety course website > Course Overview
  • Human Rights and Sexual Ethics (Among the sub-courses, Human Rights and Sexual Ethics has a separate website.)

Exam period
  • Between the course start date and end date (Maximum ten chances to take exam per sub-course)
How to take exam
  • Ethics and Safety course website Access the website → Log on to the portal → Attend the course for each sub-course (Course Overview) → Take exam after completing each sub-course → Check the exam result
Caution
  • To pass the course, students need to obtain at least 80 points for each sub-course within a semester (no partial completion to be recognized)
Grade
  • Take exam → Result: Available at Ethics and Safety course website – My Page. [Final Result: S means “Pass”]
