  • Fill out online application and submit a hard copy, accompanied by required documents, by the deadline to the KAIST Graduate Admissions Team either by mail or in person
  • Online application and payment of application fee: Same as application period See more

    • - Amount: KRW 100,000
    • - Refund: Part of application fee (KRW 30,000) to be refunded to applicants unsuccessful in document screening (Deposited to bank account within two weeks from announcement of successful candidates)

  6. ⑥ English proficiency scores: Valid only if dated within two years of the last day of the application period
    • - IBT TOEFL: 83, PBT TOEFL: 560, CBT TOEFL 220, TOEIC 720, TEPS 599, IELTS 6.5
    • - Refer to admissions guidelines for further details; English proficiency scores are recognized only for the tests specified above
  7. ⑦ Working experience: Any working experience must be accompanied by supporting documents (e.g. certificate of employment, certificate of national pension payment, etc.)

  4. ③ Academic transcript – Transfer students must submit transcripts from all schools attended
  5. ④ Table of completion of undergraduate program – Download provided form
  6. ⑤ One copy of English proficiency test report – Refer to guidelines for waiver eligibility
  7. ⑥ Other documents demonstrating excellence – Optional (Photocopies accepted)
